Prior to starting Lodestar Advisors, I spent over ten years building my career in the investment industry. Working at a large regional bank, I led business process improvements for delivering the appropriate investment and retirement solutions to individuals and business clients. I also spent several years performing strategic planning, business valuation and integration activities. I've spoken at industry conferences on various topics related to customer relationship management. Prior to my financial services experience I worked at a public accounting firm completing audit, review and compilation services as well as a variety of tax returns.
